The fuzzy Tillandsia Paleacea air plant is rich in trichomes and more drought-tolerant than most other species. It is a prolific clumping air plant and will produce offsets at its base and violet flowers when in bloom. The paleacea grows along a leading, single stem with some branching that will soon grow into nice-sized clumps.
It is important not to over-water these air plants as they can be prone to rot if left in moisture for too long. We recommend dunking or spraying the Tillandsia Paleacea with water instead of soaking them like many air plants. These air plants will also want plenty of good airflow and bright indirect sunlight.
