  • Capitata Yellow Star is a Mexican native air plant. Its center turns a striking yellow color before and during bloom. Our plants are about 5 inches wide but we have seen them grow up to 10 inches across. Capitata Yellow Star is beautifully symmetric with soft, silver-gray leaves. These are only available for a limited time. The first photo shows a blooming plant, however, ours are not currently blooming.

Air plants like consistent, bright, indirect light. Avoid full summer sun.

Soak your air plants in water for about 30 minutes once a week for full hydration.

Make sure your plants dry completely before placing them back in a display or globe.

Never plant your air plants in soil. This will induce rot.
